He is the current Swift360 Ping Pong Champion, and welcomes any challengers daring enough to take him on.

    Ben's journey to Swift360 Key Account Support began in 2018, where his obsession with post-it notes became alarmingly apparent. Luckily, Ben actions everything fast enough to avoid a total post-it note takeover (for now). Ben is also the unofficial peppermint distributor to the Sales team, so we're sure he'll be happy to share a few during customer meetings too (sorry Ben)!

    Abi comes with a knack for client satisfaction and building positive, long-term relationships. When holiday season hits, you'll find her in New Delhi. Or Lake Como. Possibly New Orleans. The point is, the world is Abi's oyster and she's on a voyage of discovery. Incidently, this is also why Abi's set a goal to read a new book each month. So far she's read 'Run Like A Girl', but can confirm she has yet to do any running.

    Adele has a keen interest in keeping accounts happy, an inclination towards music and a great love for all things chocolate. She also makes up one third of another fabulous trio: The A-Team (consisting of Abi, Adele and Annelie). With their forces combined, they can move mountains and make dreams come true (not literally, but it's definitely close enough).

    Ross joined the team in 2013 and has been looking after customers in the Waste and Recycling sector ever since. Letting no detail escape him, Ross is always pushing his skills forward in the Health and Safety industry so he can recommend the best products and solutions for our customers.

    John is a veteran of both Sales and Customer Service, having worked at Swift360 for over 10 years. He has an eye for what works best for his clients and also where exactly to plant his garden geraniums, although the two don’t usually coincide.

    Annelie is an expert relationship builder and customer care guru, and she won our Outstanding Customer Care 2017 and Most Valuable Player 2018 awards to prove it. Other talents include still being able to type despite having the longest, most immaculately manicured nails in history, and an uncanny ability to find out anything about anyone. She just needs an internet connection.

The copious amounts of coffee she arms herself with might be the secret to her speedy success.

    A great customer service specialist is ready for anything, which is why Wendy spent stints in sales and personal training before joining us. Other winning factors include thinking about going to the gym and then deciding against it, and a deep determination to introduce herself to every dog in sight. Wendy also has an amazing ability to get well known phrases wrong, for all intensive purposes. Wait, was that right?

    Master of plaits, accomplished vegetarian chef, chief horse whisperer and an expert at helping customers succeed - Shona's knowledge knows no bounds. Except for the time she found out she basically lives next door to Wendy and neither of them knew for years. But aside from that: limitless knowledge. (On certain topics.)

    Alice was plunged into a deep existential crisis when faced with this short biography, mainly because she's a great overthinker of 'What do you like to do?' questions. Fortunately, she remembered her hobbies of cooking and reading, as well as losing lip balms, only to find them again after buying new ones. She's also an aspiring Vegan, but might be swayed if a good cheese strays too close. (Who can blame her?)

In her free time, Gemma enjoys visiting historical places and looking after her hundreds of pets. Well, maybe not hundreds, but enough to open a small zoo if she ever fancied.

    Patrick got into design the way we all do; by modeling miniature castles. Now with over 30 years of experience, he takes his job dead seriously and believes a good grid design can make anything beautiful. Patrick also speaks far too loudly on the phone, but he refuses to let such a condition hold him back.

    Against all odds (e.g. a crippling addiction to The Sims), Lizzie joined Swift360 in 2016 to become a copywriting machine. She's a firm believer in the transformative power of garish shirts and, in her free time, she loves taking online quizzes. According to one, she's a tortilla (we're not entirely sure what this symbolises).
